Who Qualifies for the ECO Scheme?
Eligibility is based on several factors, including:
✅ Low-income households – Even if you don’t receive benefits, you may still be eligible if your total household income is below £31,000 per year
✅ Vulnerable to the cold – most applicants do not realise their health condition makes them eligible for grant (Check if your health condition makes you eligible)
✅ Eligibility Based on Government Benefits –If you receive any of the following benefits, you may still be eligible: Child Tax Credit, Working Tax Credit, Universal Credit, Pension Guarantee Credit, Pension Savings Credit, Income Support ,Income-based Jobseeker’s Allowance (JSA), Income-related Employment and Support Allowance (ESA) and Housing Benefit.
